They're more affordable only because they come as complete bikes straight from Taiwan and most of the joints are tig-welded instead of lugged. Tigs cut the construction time for each frame down by a lot so the price gets lower. If you want to try that, use the following formula to figure out if you can achieve your saddle height on a bigger frame:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSeattube length + 13cm = minimum saddle height.\u003c\/strong\u003e That means the minimum saddle height on a 59cm frame is 72cm, which means someone with an 83cm PBH can ride a 59cm. You may want to go shorter in the stem length, but try it out with the stock stem first.
